Looking to become a member in a local club

Hello Guys,

I would like to join a local club in oder to learn the surrounding lakes in this area as I am new to Fayetteville. I saw a truck this morning with your club sticker on it so I pulled up and spoke to Derrick about the club and how to communicate my interest. I also filled out the application on the web site.  So I would love to hook up with someone and go fishing or visit a meeting if you have one. I live near Overhills school in Spring Lake almost in Cameron. I do have a 19ft bass boat but I would like to  join as a co-angler if there are any opening, if not I can fish as a boater but I have only been to Harris and Jordon twice.

Awesome Milt , thanks for joining the forum , we will be doing some opens thru oct-Nov or as long as the weather holds , and we have an upcoming tournament at Jordan Oct 8 , if you'd like to come meet the guys , you wouldn't be able to weigh in but it would be a great chance to get to know everyone .

Hey,

I understand your tournament is on for this Saturday 10/15. I have a youth neighbor who is begging me to take him fishing so I will do that this Saturday. We will stop in and see the weigh-in I hope. Do you know the gps for the boat ramp and what will be the time f the weigh-in.

Poe's Ridge ramp address is 1499 Moncure School Rd  Moncure NC 27559 , Weigh in should be at 3pm , although it may be later if there is a fog delay at launch ...  water is very high and there is alot of debri floating and barely submerged in the lake so be careful out there and we hope to see you on Saturday !!!
