A 4 bank charger will charge all 12V batteries including the two hooked up for 24V. You have 2 pos and Neg wires  coming out of the charger for 4 batteries, hook them up normally to each of the four batteries. For charging purposes ignore the jumper cable. Like Mike said it's basic DC electric theory.
