Thats why I always two hand my fish or hold them vertically so it doesn't over extend their jaws. Gotta keep them fish healthy!

Good post.. I have seen people actually break the jaw of a fish.  I have also caught other fish with a mangled jaw.

I'm really trying to take better care of my fish. I have probably held my fish wrong before.

Side note. I felt terrible about the fish that I dropped on the ground at Wheeler. My bag had some please release me in it so I hope that helped his slime coat out.

yea i have heard of this before, i admit im guilty of doing this, need to be more careful
