Was looking at the forecast for that day....doesn't look awesome at all.  Rain all day with thunderstorms through the afternoon.  Do we push?

Was thinking the same. Suppose to be thunder storms that day. Maybe we can wait a couple days just to make sure. Weather always changes day to day.

I agree with James. Can't always be fair weather fisherman. At least it will be warm for this tournament haha.

It would be a challenging experience to fish against the weather. I'm up for it!

Hey I'm a saltwater guy, from Seattle....rain don't bother me...it is the lightning.  I wouldn't have brought it up if the weather would just be miserable; I brought it up because it might be dangerous.  We may not have rescheduled a tourney yet but we haven't had anyone struck by lightning either, should we wait until that happens?  ORM James...ORM my friend  ::)
I say we push, JUST SO LONG as everyone is clear what to do while on the water with lightning

Yea we had a couple last year where the lightning started and I just pulled off and ducked into the woods. Forecast just looks like rain to me, didn't see chance of lightning on weather channel

There is an app I use for coaching football.  Lightning detector.  I also use for fishing.  When its with in a few miles I head to the bank and rods go down.
