Keel Shield
« on: March 24, 2014, 12:48:04 pm »
I got a buddy who has a brand new Keel Shield for sale. Fits a 18.5 ft boat. $150.00  Let me know if you would be interested. Probably a lot cheaper than buying it online.

He might want to drop his price a little if he wants to sell it...you can get them brand new for 149.99 for 18-21' boat.  Just a heads-up

Here is one for 120 on BBC.  I still wish I could get one.  150 isnt terrible.

Absolutely not....$150 is far from terrible.  In fact if someone lived close it would be very worth the drive to get it for that price.

I wasn't trying to start anything either;  I just know that sometimes when it comes to resale, it can be tricky to price things like this.

I know when I was trying to price my 2 year old MG short shaft 54# TM I was asking $200.  I didn't think that was too bad considering the price brand new was double that.  Well...after a brief search on craigslist and even on sites like ebay and amazon,  I saw that I would be VERY lucky to get $200.  So, for a faster sell I dropped it to $125 and after 4 weeks it sold.

yup in today's economy .. things are tough.  I wish I had the money.  It would already be on the boat.  These a must.

Yeah man!  Actually...if it were white or blue I would buy it for my ski boat.  I would rather buy one from someone trying to sell one than a company selling one.  Black would just look silly on my ski boat :)
